1970’s Remodel

Perched above a field, overlooking the Bitterroot River to Ch-paa-qn Peak, Snowbowl, and beyond, this early 1970’s split entry home will be given new life through an extensive remodel. In addition to the new siding and windows, an extra layer of exterior insulation will be added to increase the interior thermal comfort of the home and lower the winter heating bill. Other efforts will be put forth to add longevity to the remodel, like a redesigned roof system that will allow more air flow underneath the shingles to prevent ice damming at the eaves of the new roof and allow increased ceiling insulation.

Set to begin construction early September 2023.
