MONTANA CREEKSIDE

Nestled alongside a rustling creek in the Bitterroot Valley, this new 3,000 square foot custom home is set to begin construction in the fall of 2023 or spring of 2024.  With such a special mountain valley location, the owners wanted to take full advantage of bringing the outside in. Utilizing the site and its natural land features, the design morphed into a wide linear form with nearly every room in the home having a view south to the creek. Given the home's southern orientation, large windows and Montana’s diverse seasons, special attention is being given to the roof overhangs in order to control the solar exposure during the summer and winter months.
