Black Hills Residence

Set atop a small bluff in South Dakota, this new 3,000 square foot custom home was designed to capture the unobstructed 360 degree views of the Black Hills and town of Rapid City.  The owners requested the “forever home” using design features allowing for long-term enjoyment, hosting of family and friends, entertainment, and the opportunity to age in place with one level living down the road.

Set to begin construction late summer of 2023.
